The event will feature a complimentary adult hip hop class along with curated local vendors offering special Valentine’s Day promotions — creating a vibrant, high-energy space to celebrate health, community, and feeling good in your body.

Throughout the evening, our team will be offering mini auricular sessions in our massage chair, including ear seeds and auricular acupuncture. These gentle yet powerful treatments are designed to support nervous system regulation, stress relief, hormone balance, and overall well-being.

We’ll also have our team available to answer questions about acupuncture and holistic medicine, share information about our preventative care philosophy, and help you explore which treatments may best support your health goals.
