  • Auricular acupuncture is a specialized treatment that focuses on stimulating specific points on the ear to support whole-body wellness. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and further refined through modern clinical practice, the ear is seen as a microsystem of the entire body—meaning each point on the ear corresponds to a specific organ, emotion, or system.

In this session, fine, sterile needles are gently inserted into carefully selected points on the ear to help regulate the nervous system, ease physical pain, reduce cravings, support emotional balance, and more. It’s a particularly effective therapy for stress, anxiety, sleep issues, detox support, smoking cessation, and trauma recovery.

To extend the benefits beyond the clinic, the session concludes with the application of ear seeds—tiny seeds or pellets secured to the same acupuncture points with adhesive tape. The seeds will stimulate the points between sessions, offering continued support and empowerment in the healing process.

Whether used on its own or as part of a comprehensive wellness plan, auricular acupuncture is a powerful way to harmonize body and mind.

  • Release Tension, Stagnation + Stress

Cupping is an ancient therapy that uses gentle suction to increase circulation, ease muscle tightness, and move stuck energy (Qi). It’s deeply restorative for body and mind.

    Cupping can support:

    • Muscle pain and stiffness

    • Detoxification and lymphatic flow

    • Postural tension and fascia release
