Founder + Practitioner
Dr. Robin Jones is the Founder and Lead Practitioner of Everwell Acupuncture, a modern wellness studio grounded in the wisdom of Classical Chinese Medicine and dedicated to restoring balance across body, mind, and spirit.
Robin holds a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine from the Pacific College of Health and Science and has completed advanced mentorships in Classical Chinese Medicine with Ann Cecil-Sterman, Japanese Meridian Therapy with Dr. Elizabeth Talcott, and Five Element Acupuncture with Dr. Brian Bender. Her additional certification in Non-Surgical Facial and Body Rejuvenation under renowned teacher Ms. Lanying Cui bridges the worlds of medicine and aesthetics — reflecting her belief that inner and outer healing are inherently connected.
Before founding Everwell, Robin served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Marine Taxonomic Services, Ltd., where she led complex environmental consulting operations, managed field research teams, and championed workplace culture rooted in care and collaboration. Her earlier career spanned investment management, fashion design, fitness entrepreneurship, and environmental science, reflecting a lifelong curiosity for how people and systems thrive when aligned with purpose.
A San Diego native and natural connector, Robin is passionate about building community and reimagining what healthcare can be — integrative, human-centered, and deeply relational. Her clinical approach draws from ancient medicine, modern physiology, and the art of presence. She helps patients unwind stress, rebalance the nervous system, and address root-cause imbalances through consistent, compassionate care.
When not in the clinic, Robin finds restoration through travel, movement, and time in nature. She loves cooking and baking as a form of meditation, practicing barre3 to move stagnant energy, and connecting meaningfully with those around her.
Robin believes that healing is not a destination, but a relationship — one built on curiosity, kindness, and the courage to reconnect with the wisdom of the body.

DOCTOR OF ACUPUNCTURE AND CHINESE HERBAL MEDICINE
-
Dr. Rebekah Faith Dawson-Stogsdill earned her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science in 2024. Originally from Orange County, she began her undergraduate studies at Fullerton College before relocating to San Diego and continuing her education at Mesa College.
Rebekah’s path to healing has evolved through many life chapters. Her early career in the hospitality industry instilled a deep love for serving others, which later expanded into co-owning a fermented foods business—an experience that sparked her appreciation for food as medicine.
Today, she brings that same spirit of care and curiosity into her acupuncture practice. Her treatments draw from a variety of healing modalities, including Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Five Element acupuncture, Reiki, and Medical Qigong. She may also incorporate crystals for their vibrational support, always tuning in to what her patients need in the moment. Rebekah believes in co-creating a healing space where the body is reminded of its innate ability to restore and thrive.
Outside the clinic, she finds joy walking Carlsbad’s beaches with her husband and their two dogs, soaking in the healing energy of the ocean and the quiet magic of being alive.
Her practice is grounded in Classical Five Element Acupuncture, a style that addresses healing at the Spirit level and draws on ancient Taoist wisdom.

Dr. JENNIFER TAI, LAC
DOCTOR OF ACUPUNCTURE AND CHINESE HERBAL MEDICINE
-
Dr. Jen is a board-licensed acupuncturist in California and nationally, with a Doctorate and Master’s in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego. Before pursuing Chinese medicine, she earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Marketing, with a minor in Chinese language, from Arizona State University—where she was honored as convocation speaker upon graduation.
Jen’s professional journey began in investment management, but the dissonance she felt in the corporate world led her to seek deeper alignment and healing. Her path eventually brought her to Chinese medicine, a modality that felt like a return to her roots. Influenced by early memories of her grandfather performing fire cupping and her grandmother using food as medicine, Jen sees her work as a way to honor her lineage and live in harmony with her spirit.
Her practice is grounded in Classical Five Element Acupuncture, a style that addresses healing at the Spirit level and draws on ancient Taoist wisdom. Jen also weaves in elements of yoga therapy, Reiki, Akashic Records, and Quantum Healing Hypnotherapy—modalities she has studied over the years to support holistic transformation.
Jen is also certified in Facial Acupuncture for Cosmetic Enhancement, which focuses on vitality, rejuvenation, and the expression of inner beauty.
Jen brings reverence and presence to every treatment, grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with each patient on their healing path.

DOCTOR OF ACUPUNCTURE AND CHINESE HERBAL MEDICINE

Dr. Patty Kim is a California board-licensed acupuncturist with both a Doctorate and Master’s in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine from the Pacific College of Health and Science. Before beginning clinical practice, she spent over a decade with the United Nations in environmental management, with postings in Nairobi, Bangkok, and New York. She also holds an MSc in Nature, Society, and Environmental Policy from the University of Oxford.
Patty’s interest in acupuncture and herbal remedies began in her twenties during treatments in Korea. She was captivated not only by the results but also by the philosophy of Traditional East Asian Medicine—a holistic approach that sees each individual as inherently whole and interconnected with the natural world. Her work primarily draws on Classical Five Element Acupuncture, complemented by Chinese Herbal Medicine, Korean Hand Therapy, Japanese Meridian Therapy, and Reiki. She approaches each person collaboratively, with warmth, respect, and genuine appreciation for their unique story.
Patty is grateful to be part of the Everwell community while also operating her own solo practice. What she loves most about this medicine is its deeply experiential nature and its ability to help people reconnect with their own healing process. When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll often find her gardening with her two cats nearby, while her husband plays the saxophone.
