When not in the clinic, Robin finds restoration through travel, movement, and time in nature. She loves cooking and baking as a form of meditation, practicing barre3 to move stagnant energy, and connecting meaningfully with those around her.
Robin believes that healing is not a destination, but a relationship—one built on curiosity, kindness, and the courage to reconnect with the wisdom of the body.

Dr. APRIL COUGHLIN, laC
DOCTOR OF ACUPUNCTURE AND CHINESE HERBAL MEDICINE
-
Dr. April Coughlin, DACM, L.Ac. is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine practicing in Oregon's Willamette Valley. She specializes in Classical Five Element Acupuncture (CFEA), an ancient style of acupuncture that addresses the root causes of imbalance while supporting healing across the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of health.
Before earning her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science, April received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Maryland. Her fascination with the mind-body connection ultimately led her to Chinese medicine, where she discovered a system of healing that recognizes the profound relationship between emotional wellbeing, physical health, and overall vitality.
In addition to her formal education in Traditional Chinese Medicine, April completed a four-year apprenticeship with a master-level Classical Five Element Acupuncture practitioner and continues to deepen her study of this lineage. Through this work, she helps patients cultivate greater clarity, resilience, vitality, and connection to themselves.
April's approach is intuitive, grounded, and compassionate. She believes healing happens in the context of genuine connection and that being truly seen and heard can be transformative in itself. In a world where many people feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or constantly "on," she creates space for patients to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and access their body's innate capacity for healing.
Through Everwell's Willamette Valley location, April welcomes patients from Dayton, McMinnville, Newberg, Dundee, Carlton, Lafayette, Yamhill, and surrounding Oregon wine country communities who are seeking a holistic, personalized approach to acupuncture, emotional wellbeing, stress management, and whole-person wellness.
Outside the clinic, April enjoys salsa dancing, spending time in nature, and petting every dog she can.
Before receiving her Doctorate from Pacific College of Health and Science, April received her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Maryland. Her fascination with the mind-body connection led her to Acupuncture, where she experienced first-hand a form of medicine that addressed not only physical health, but also mental, emotional, and spiritual.
In addition to her formal education in Traditional Chinese Medicine, April apprenticed with a master-level CFEA practitioner in this lineage for four years and is continually learning and refining her skills. This ancient style of acupuncture addresses the root cause of our health imbalances, helping patients experience greater clarity, vitality, and inner peace.
April’s approach is intuitive, grounded, and compassionate. She believes that healing happens in the context of real connection—and that being truly seen and heard is medicine in itself. In a world where we’re constantly plugged in through technology but often starved for genuine heart connection, she creates space for people to slow down, come back to themselves, and feel deeply supported.
Besides her work as a clinician, April is passionate about salsa dancing, enjoying time in nature, and petting every dog she can.
