As the season transitions and the holidays creep in, the question of “What do I eat?” begins to ruminate within us. Now is a wonderful time to learn how to make nourishing, gut-supportive bone broth.
Join us on November 8th from 12–2 PM for a hands-on bone broth–making workshop. We’ll explore the ancestral practice of broth making, why bone broth is essential for gut and immune health, and how connecting with the essence of our food through mindful preparation becomes a source of true nourishment and medicine.
Guided by Alexa Robinson, herbalist and land steward, this workshop will cover the different types of broths, their health benefits, how to source quality bones, and how to prepare and make bone broth using what you already have at home. You’ll also learn about beneficial ingredients to enhance your broth and the best methods for storing it.
We look forward to connecting with you. Until then, be well and stay nourished.
