Yin & Pins

  • The Den 3802 Adams Avenue San Diego, California, 92116 United States (map)

The holidays can be filled with so much joy and excitement, but they can also bring a lot of stimulation, stress, and pressure to keep up. This December, give yourself permission to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body.

Join The Den and Everwell for Yin & Pins, a deeply restorative evening combining the quiet, grounding practice of Yin Yoga with the supportive medicine of acupuncture.

Through long-held Yin poses, intentional breath, stillness, and acupuncture, we’ll create space for the nervous system to settle and the body to soften. This practice is an invitation to step out of the busyness of the season and into a deeper relationship with yourself. Learn to listen to your body, notice what you need, and honor those signals.

As we move toward the new year, rather than asking ourselves to become something new, we’ll focus on reconnecting with the person we already are.

Come rest. Come listen. Come home to your body.

Leave feeling grounded, nourished, and more connected to yourself so you can move into the coming year feeling like your best self.
