Before the season speeds up, give yourself a morning to slow down. This collaboration brings Drift Method’s outdoor reformer Pilates together with Everwell’s group acupuncture, led by Dr. Robin "Birdie" Jones, for a morning focused on calming and resetting your nervous system.
We’ll start outside with a mindful reformer flow that builds strength, eases tension, and brings you back into your body. Then we’ll move into the acupuncture experience. Before the needles go in, Dr. Jones will lead a short talk called “Wintering Well.” In Classical Chinese Medicine, winter is the season of the Water element, a natural time to rest, conserve, and refill your reserves. That’s the opposite of what the holidays usually ask of us. Robin will explain why the season can leave us feeling depleted, how stress shows up in the body, and simple ways to protect your energy. Then you’ll settle in for a quiet, guided rest while the acupuncture helps shift your system out of “go” mode and into deep restoration.
Afterward, stay for a relaxed social hour in the peaceful spa setting at Four Moons, with tea and a gently guided conversation on the same theme: What do you want to protect this season? You’ll have space to share how you want to feel this holiday season, what you’re ready to let go of, and one small ritual you’ll take home to stay grounded. It’s an easy way to connect, compare notes, and leave with intentions that support you.
You’ll walk away feeling grounded, clear, and ready to move through the holidays from a place of calm.
No acupuncture experience necessary. Earseeds will be offered as a non-invasive option. All levels welcome.
